NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN PUBLIC OF TRENTON TOWN THE TRENTON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Planning and Zoning Commission and to the general public that the Trenton Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Meeting on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, UT. AGENDA 1. Meeting Called to Order 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes February 19, 2019 Comments will be taken from the public. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes. 1. Zoning Clearance- Larry Maughan 2. Review of Cottle Subdivision - Ed and Janet Cottle 3. Zoning Clearance- James Swett 4. Zoning Clearance- Anabel Guadarrama 5. Discussion of Road Standards- Councilmember Donny Merrill 6. Review of proposed changes to the A-5 zone requirements in the Zoning Ordinance 7. Schedule Public Hearing Commissioners may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Commission. No action can be taken on these items. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Planning and Zoning Commission may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
