WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY 465 East 1200 South - Heber City, Utah Library Board Meeting Friday, March 15, 2019 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD will hold a regular scheduled meeting at the Wasatch County Library, 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah commencing at 12:00 PM, FRIDAY, March 15, 2019. The agenda will consist of the following: Minutes Order of Agenda Items Subject to Change without Notice I. Reports A. Friends of the Library 1. Update on Friends from Ed Little. 2. Update on assignment of book sale being taken over by the Friends. 3. Other reports. B. Library Director & Trustees 1. Library Activities & Events a. Report from Sally about increasing library events. 2. Library Staff Positions/Issues a. New part time hires. b. Expenditures update a. Funds for replacement of Security gates. b. Kirsten's update on paid subscription services that should be continued based on use and long-term value. II. Business A. With the completion of the event room, library needs a policy for room usage for event room, computer lab, etc. III. Executive Session A.
