Baseball Fields and Triple C Arena Lighting Project - Lori told the Council that the City has received $25,000 from the Garfield County School District. DEPARTMENT REPORTS
Pickleball Courts - There will not be much money left in the swimming pool fund after the rest of the bills are paid for a pavilion. There is a chance that Garfield County would be willing to donate more money. There are a few kits around that we might be able to have the inmates help with, Alan Johnson would like to discuss this matter more when there are more City Council members at the meeting. Rick and Trudi would like to see Alan get some bids for a pavilion.
New employee hire - We have had some applications turned in for the Events manager/maintenance position.
Triple C Concessions - The advertisement for the new Triple C Arena Concessioner will be in the paper.
City Office Roof - Bid information for the roof at the City Office will be mailed out tomorrow, it will be sent to four companies out of town as well as the local general contractors.
Streets - There have been reports of big pot holes in the roads. When the weather clears up and it dries out we will be able to fill them with some mix.
Property - Cade and Kim Harland have purchased 20 acres near the baseball fields and would like to make a recreation area. They would also like to donate an acre of land to Panguitch City.
