- Public notice is hereby given that on Friday March 29th, 2019 at approx. 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the Land Use Hearing Officer during a regular meeting:Jennifer Garriot is requesting to enlarge a noncomplying single-family dwelling built in 1959 in the R-1-8 zone at 1830 East White Avenue.
