CONSIDER MATTHEWS COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT SKETCH PLAN (Administrative)
Review the Sketch Plan submitted by Jeff Matthews for a commercial development at 420 West Center Street on 7.41 acres. The parcel will be divided by the new CMPO road. Currently the zoning is split by the CMPO road. The west side is a commercial zone, the east portion currently shows A-1 (agricultural). The LUA/DRC met with Matthews on February 13, 2019.

REVIEW AMENDMENTS THROUGHOUT THE ORDINANCE UPDATING 'LUA' AND 'LAND USE AUTHORITY' (Legislative)
Consider changes in many sections of the HPC Code updating every reference to 'LUA' and 'Land Use Authority'. The group currently known as the 'LUA' will be known as the 'DRC' or 'Development Review Committee' going forward.
CONSIDER CHANGES TO HPC 12.30.130 FLAG LOTS (Legislative)
Consider changes to clarify flag lots, what they look like, when allowed and other allowances and restrictions. See HPC 12.30.130
CONSIDER CHANGES TO THE MINIMUM FRONTAGE REQUIREMENT IN AGRICULTURAL ZONES (Legislative)
Consider changing the minimum frontage in A-1 (Agricultural) zones from 150' to 100'.
