- VIRGIN TOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held March 13, 2019 During a regularly scheduled Virgin Planning & Zoning Meeting At 6:30 PM in the Heritage Town Square 114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah Ph: 435-635-4695 clerk@virgin.utah.gov To accept public input on the following items: a. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, RENUMBERING AND RESTATING (VULU) CHAPTER 20 - SECTIONS 20.1 - 20.6 - COMMERCIAL ZONE. b. A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PROPERTY ZONED AS HIGHWAY RESORT ZONE LOCATED APPROXIMATELY SOUTH OF SR9 AT 393 W, VIRGIN, UT
