Unscheduled Public Appearances - Time has been set aside for the public to express their ideas, concerns, and comments. (Please limit comments to three minutes per person. Please state your name and address.) 3. Presentation and Discussion - Proposed Fire/EMS Budget for 2019-2020 - Chief Thompson 4. Presentation and Discussion - Proposed Police Department Budget for 2019-2020 - Chief Gwilliam 5. Approval of Off-Line Medical Director Contract - Chief Thompson 6. Approval of Minutes - 1/31/19 7.
