Toquerville Blvd, Toquerville Utah 6:30 PM WORK MEETING: 1. Discussion of proposed Land Use Code changes to Home Occupation Permits. 7:00 PM REGULAR MEETING: 1. Review and Possible Approval of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from the Work and Regular Business Meeting on January 23, 2019. B. Proposed zoning is M-1 Light Industrial. 2. Zone Change Application submitted by Wall Family Rentals located at the west end of Old Church Road, Property Tax ID # T-91-A-1-A-2. Parcel is approximately 23.86 acres. Current zoning is R-1-20. Proposed zoning is R-1-12. 3. Preliminary Plat Application submitted by Wall Family Rentals for the development of a 15 lot subdivision, 'Park View at Desert Mountain' located at the west end of Old Church Road, Property Tax ID # T-91-A-1-A-1 and T-91-A-1-A-2. Parcel is approximately 9.86 acres. Current zoning is R-1-20. E. BUSINESS/ACTION ITEM(S): 1.
