- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY CEMETERY BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH FEBRUARY 13, 2019, 3:30 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Cemetery Board will hold a regular meeting on the 13th day of February,2019, which meeting shall begin promptly at 3:30 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: CEMETERY BOARD AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 12-12-18 MEETING 3. SPRAYING OF PINE TREES-KARL LUND 4. OPEN & PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT-LEIGH ANN WARNOCK 5. BOARD REPLACEMENT FOR JACK KEISEL 6. PLAQUE FORMAT FOR VETERANS' NAMES IN GAZEBO 7. OLD BUSINESS A. FLAG DONATION UPDATE B. WWII MONUMENT C.
