- TOWN OF MANILA PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING TOWN OFFICE MEETING ROOM MONDAY FEBRUARY 4TH 2019 @ 6:00 P.M. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: EXCUSED: GUESTS: NEW BUSINESS: - Colton Christenson would like to discuss a business license for Christenson's Lake Shore Tackle , Calisha's Scentsys', and Ned's Bait Box to be combined together. - Grant Brown would like to present plans for a new dwelling at 425 E. 400 N. - Ann Welker would like to open up her dwelling as a short term rental and would like to proceed with inspections at 424 E. 400 N. - David and Linda Hinds are presenting plans for a dwelling at 133 East Ridge Estates lot #27 - Justin VonEberstein would like to present plans for a business license for Altering Substances LLC. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should call the Town of Manila Clerk at 435-784-3143 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
