- Emery County Building & Zoning Department NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DALE MINOR SUBDIVISION The Emery County Building & Zoning Department will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2019 at 9:00 am in the Box Room, 2nd Floor, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah, to receive input on a proposed 1 lot minor subdivision located near . The subdivision application was received from Shane Dale. The proposed subdivision is for the following property within Emery County: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Parcel 3, Plot 'B', Ferron Townsite Survey; thence North 176.62 feet; thence N 89* 21'16' E, 486.37 feet; thence South, 182.10 feet to the south line of said Parcel 3; thence West, 486.34 feet to the point of beginning.
