NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
JARED NORTON MINOR SUBDIVISION
The Emery County Building & Zoning Department will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Jan 23rd 2019 at 9:00 am in the Box Room, 2nd Floor, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah, to receive input on a proposed 1 lot minor subdivision located near 1000 W SR 29. The subdivision application was received from Jared & Jasa Norton.
The proposed subdivision is for the following property within Emery County:
Beginning 712.12 feet East of the NorthWest Corner of Section 19, Township 18 South, Rande 8 East, SLB&M , thence East, 339.9 feet; thence S 13*50'W, 749.19 feet; thence N 57* 44'38' W, 419.03 feet; thence N 21*15'E, 534.70 feet to the point of beginning. Less that which was deeded to the State Road.
Following the public hearing, the Zoning Administrator, serving as the Land Use Authority will consider approval of the application for the subdivision.
