KANOSH TOWN CORPORATION NOTICE AND AGENDA January 9, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Kanosh Town Council will hold its regular Kanosh Town Council meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in the Kanosh Town Hall located at 55 North Main Street, Kanosh, Utah. WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER OF REGULAR MEETING: Mayor Frank Paxton a. Invocation -Audience invited to participate. b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Approval of minutes from previous meeting d. Approval of payment of Warrants for current meeting e. Fire Department: Fire Chief John Hogan f. Planning and Zoning: Ed Phillips *Building Permits COUNCIL REPORT ON DEPARTMENTS: i.e. park, cemetery, electrical, roads, & water DISCUSSION REGARDING Action plan for the F450 REVIEW, DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON Gordon Fuller: broadband internet Contract Action: approval Water Rate Increase: Action: Approval of increase Sunrise Engineering Update/ findings on Springs #4 development Utility Delinquency Review: PUBLIC COMMENTS (Three Minute Limitation Each) FOLLOW UP ON OLD BUSINESS he public body will conduct a closed meeting: A.
