The applicant requests subdivision plat amendment approval to consolidated three lots into two.
The subject properties are located at 37 N. Boo E., 775 E. Center St., (Utah County Parcel tl_'s 14-073-0240, 14:073:0239, 45:6511:0015 Gardner, Thomas L.) in the Residential (RI-20) zone. A map of the subject property is on the back of this notice.
The application, all documents and evidence submitted to date by or oii behalf of the applicant, and applicable code criteria are available for inspection at the Planning Department at no cost or can be purchased for individual use. Written testimony submitted in advance of a public meeting is encouraged. During public hearings, the Planning Commission chair reserves the right to limit the time allowed for oral testimony.
