ROCKY RIDGE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING December 19, 2018 6:30 pm M.L.A. Building ************************************************* MINUTES: Approval of November Meeting Minutes NEW BUSINESS: 1. Zach Leavitt from Six County will be in attendance to assist Planning & Zoning with general plans, public funding, forms, etc. 2. Public Hearing for a Recommendation to the Town Council regarding a change in utility easements for Phase 'C' and future lots within the town. 3. Find a new day or time of the week for Planning & Zoning Meetings. Council has scheduled new meetings to be held on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m., but Terry Allred cannot meet on Tuesdays because of a prior meeting commitment. Mayor Allred would like him to stay on the Planning & Zoning Council. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 1. General Planning 2. *OPEN FLOOR: 1. Citizen Items: 2.
