KANOSH TOWN CORPORATION NOTICE AND AGENDA DECEMBER 12, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Kanosh Town Council will hold its regular Kanosh Town Council meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2018 in the Kanosh Town Hall located at 55 North Main Street, Kanosh, Utah. WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER OF REGULAR MEETING: Mayor Frank Paxton a. Invocation -Audience invited to participate. b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Approval of minutes from previous meeting d. Approval of payment of Warrants for current meeting e. Fire Department Update appointment of new fire Chief John Hogan approval. Appointment to serve as secondary at Fire District meetings f. Planning and Zoning: Ed Phillips Building Permits final approval for Mr. Roy McNaughton permit appointment of new committee member Geri Minton approval. g. Gordon Fuller: broadband internet h. Steven Maxfield: Kanosh Town non-resident, cemetery neighbor i. Flowell Electric Representative: Substation Progress COUNCIL REPORT ON DEPARTMENTS: i.e. park, cemetery, electrical, roads, & water DISCUSSION REGARDING . . . . *Discussion and study of making all out of town water rates the same at the higher present rate. Christmas Holiday Celebration on-call service agreement with Sunrise Engineering REVIEW, DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON annexation Springs #4 PUBLIC COMMENTS (Three Minute Limitation Each) FOLLOW UP ON OLD BUSINESS ADJOURN In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for these meetings should call the City Offices at 435-759-2415, giving at least 48 hours advance notice. Meetings of the Kanosh Town Council may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, Section 52-4-207. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained by telephone or other electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Kanosh Town resolution 061318 [electronic meetings. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY The undersigned duly appointed Town Recorder certifies that a copy of the forgoing 'Notice and Agenda' was delivered to each member of the Kanosh Town Council, posted if 4 separate location in Kanosh Town and published on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website.
