Roll Call 3. Mayor, Council, and Department Report 4. Council Member Brunner: Planning & Zoning a. Marlene Yardley: Guest House at 120 S. 200 E., Approval/Denial 5. 3rd Floor Rental Fee & Conditions, Approval/Denial 6. Jim Fleming: Sewer System Sign Off, Approval/Denial 7. Council Member Sorensen: a. Employment Classification Policy Addition, Approval/Denial b. Delinquent Account Exceptions, Approval/Denial 1. Public Comments: Please Limit to Three Minutes Each 2. Approval of Minutes: November 1, 2018, Approval/Denial 3. Payment of Bills, Approval/Denial 4. Adjournment Spring City invites any community organization, church, or resident of the City to contact the City Recorder to be scheduled for presenting a thought, reading, or invocation in the public meeting.
