SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Fred Burr, Wiggins and Company - To present the 2017-2018 Audit Report. B. Jami VanHuss, Museum Director - To discuss the Elite Hall. 10. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Annexation Agreements. B. Building rental fees. C. Mayor and City Council reports. 11. ADJOURNMENT
