RE: NOTICE OF WEBER FIRE DISTRICT INTENT TO AMEND CAPITAL FACILITIES PLANS
Weber Fire District (the 'District'), located in Weber County, Utah serving development within the District's current boundaries, intends to contract to amend its impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analysis (IFA) related to fire/EMS services. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 503. The Service Area for this analysis is the entire district boundaries. You are hereby invited to provide information for the District to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
Results proposed by the capital facilities plan and associated impact fee analysis currently underway may indicate the need for additional facilities and an adjustment in fees in order to support the related infrastructure. Lewis, Young, Robertson, & Burningham, Inc. is preparing these documents independent from any prior general plan.
Areas that may be affected include Farr West City, Hooper City, Huntsville Town, Marriott-Slaterville, City of West Haven, and the unincorporated Weber County area. A District service area map has been enclosed for reference.
