- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Central Valley Planning and Land Use Commission will be holding two (2) Public Hearings in regard to the following items: (1) Manwell/Hunt - Single Lot Split - approximate location 50 E 100 S, Central Valley, Utah. (2) KC Yardley - Conditional Use Permit - Open Storage Yard - approximate location Center Street and Hwy 118, Central Valley Utah. All those wishing to express public comment or concern may attend the public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 7:30 pm at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, Central Valley, Utah.
