PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, November 26, 2018 beginning at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room #1 of the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah for the purpose of discussing and acting on the following: - Public Works Department Update - Discussion Of Putting Up A Gate On 5600 W Off Of The Bluebell Road - Discussion Of A Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) For The Conveyance & Storage Of Non-Project Water In The Starvation Collection System - Discussion Of Required Board Member Training - Auditors Office - Vouchers -Tax Adjustments- Deferrals-Fund 41 Purchases- Public Comment - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions To Discuss: 1 - The Character, Professional Competence, Or Physical Or Mental Health Of An Individual; 2 - Collective Bargaining; 3 - Pending Or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4 - The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, Or Lease Of Real Property; 5 - Deployment Of Security Personnel, Devises, Or Systems; And 6 - Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations Of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration To Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting - Consideration Of Hiring Outside Counsel For Dr. Tubbs - Consideration Of Minutes For Combined Commission Meeting Held October 15th, 29th & November 5th, & 19th, 2018 - Commission Calendaring &Weekly Update On Events - Adjournment
