Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting at the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 North Main Street on Thursday, November 1, 2018. The meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Planning Commission meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Remarks b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Planning Commission's attention - 5 minute per speaker allotment. 1. Public hearing to receive comment regarding the proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the I-1 Light Industrial Zone for the property owned by Flat Tire Ranch, LLC Parcel #29.035.0125 located at 395 S State Street in Genola. 2. Public hearing to receive comment regarding the proposed conditional use permit on property owned by Elwin and Cheri Ewell located at 252 E 400 N in Genola. 3. Discussion and possible action for the proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the I-1 Light Industrial Zone for the property owned by Flat Tire Ranch, LLC Parcel #29.035.0125 located at 395 S State Street in Genola. 4. Discussion and possible action on the proposed conditional use permit requested on property owned by Elwin and Cheri Ewell located at 252 E 400 N in Genola. 5. Discussion and possible action regarding Subdivision Ordinance. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding Enforcement Ordinance. 7. Discussion regarding proposed Mining Ordinance. 8. Discussion regarding the Developmental Standards and use of recreational vehicles.
