- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold their regularly scheduled City Council Meeting and a Work Session beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Some members may attend by electronic device. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). A. WORK SESSION 1. Rank Voting Elections B. PRAYER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approval of the August 15, 2018 Council Meeting and Redevelopment Agency Minutes D. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES & COMMUNICATIONS 1. Public Forum 2. Good Samaritan Recognition 3. Staff and Council Reports 4. Scout Attendance Certificates 5. CTC - Mayor's Youth Recognition Award 6. Chamber Business of the Month E. ACTION ITEMS 1. PUBLIC HEARING - Plat amendment for Gunnerson, Plat A, including the vacation of public utility easements and creation of Gunnerson, Plat B, and establish new easements on Utah County Parcels 40:309:0001 to 40:309:0006 located along 300 South between 100 West and Main Street in the GC-1 General Commercial Zone. 2. Request for use of the RMO-1, Two-Family Residential Overlay Zone on Utah County Parcels 43:025:0005, 49:310:0001, 49:310:0002, and 49:310:0003 located north of 1130 South between 1100 West and Turf Farm Road (1270 West) in the R-1-9, Residential Zone. 3.
