Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting at the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 North Main Street on Wednesday, August 22, 2018. The meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Planning Commission meeting will be as follows: Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Public Forum: 5 minute per speaker allotted 1. Approval of Planning Commission Minutes from July 25, 2018. 2. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an accessory building on property owned by Don and Leslie Mangelson located at 834 N 350 E in Genola. 3. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an accessory building on property owned by John and Diane McMullin located at approximately 37 S 600 E in Genola. 4. Discussion and possible action on a Preliminary Plat Map for proposed subdivision F. Mecham Plat E owned by Fred Mecham Trust (Represented by Kelly Beckstrom) Parcel # 29.034.0043 located at approximately 650 S 600 W in Genola. 5. Discussion and possible action on a Final Mylar for 4B Estates owned by 4-B Properties (Represented by Steve Bateman) located at approximately 673 N 800 E in Genola Parcel #'s 29.030.0014 and 29.030.0061. 6. Discussion and possible action on a Final Mylar for Throckmorton Estates on property owned by Danny and Sharon Throckmorton located at approximately 209 E Center Parcel # 29.030.0105 & 29.030.0035. 7. Discussion and possible action on the proposed Multiple Zone Permitted and Conditional Uses Amendment.
