NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday August 7, 2018 in the Library 30 East Center (main level) prior to the regular City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend, however, Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action. The amendment would alter the mandatory ratio of residential and commercial uses that is currently required by the overlay. Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2018-21) to rezone 1.02 acres in order to apply the Grove Mixed Use Overlay (GMU) to property located at approximately 1325 West State Street in the Commercial Subdistrict of The Grove Zone. (SAM WHITE'S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD) (Larry Myler Applicant) Presenter: Director Cardenas C. Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed Pleasant Grove City Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Budget Amendment. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2018-046) amending the 2018/2019 Budget to reflect actual and anticipated expenditures for Storm Drain Improvements being installed through Lot 19 and Parcel E of Valley Grove Business Park Plat D in coordination with the St. John Properties Project named Valley Grove I Plat D, in the amount of $498,341.00, with the funding source being the Storm Drain Impact Fund Balance.
