- The agenda for the Planning Commission meeting will be as follows: Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Public Forum: 5 minute per speaker allotted 1. Public hearing to receive comment about the proposed consider Multiple Zone Permitted and Conditional Uses Amendment. 2. Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from June 27, 2018. 3. Discussion and possible action on the proposed Multiple Zone Permitted and Conditional Uses Amendment. 4. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an agricultural addition on property owned by Joseph and Jolene Stubbs located at 662 E 1200 N in Genola. 5. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home on property owned by Griffin and Amy Ahlstrom located at approximately 1535 N Main St in Genola. 6. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home on property owned by John and Diane McMullin located at approximately 37 S 600 E in Genola. 7. Discussion and possible action on a Vicinity Map and Preliminary Plot Map for proposed subdivision F. Mecham Plat E owned by Fred Mecham Trust (Represented by Kelly Beckstrom) Parcel # 29.034.0043 located at approximately 650 S 600 W in Genola. 8. Discussion and possible action on a Final Mylar for 4B Estates owned by 4-B Properties (Represented by Steve Bateman) located at approximately 673 N 800 E in Genola Parcel #'s 29.030.0014 and 29.030.0061.
