Commission Business:
1. Consideration and recommendation for the concept plan for the Sullivan Street Commercial Subdivision located at approximately 2450 North and Wolfpack Way, North Logan. The property is zoned CCC (City Center Commercial. It is being divided into three (3) lots. Two lots already have existing buildings (Black Box Engineering) (Zac Humes)
2. Discussion of several items/issues requiring consideration for possible future code change through ordinances/resolutions. This includes conditional use for dog kennels and dog/cat daycare in residential areas, conditional use for assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, design standards technical manual's depth of pavement requirements, architectural standards in the hospital zone, modifications to existing street tree ordinance, auto recycling/salvage yards and park strip maintenance responsibility. There will be other items on future agendas.
