An ordinance of Provo City, Utah, amending the Provo City Code by adopting Section 9.14.295 pertaining to day-time truancy. 16. An ordinance of Provo City, Utah, amending the Provo City Code by adopting Section 9.40.060 pertaining to the purchase, possession, sale and offering for sale of certain intoxicating chemical compounds described hereunder and by providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage. One or more Council members may participate telephonically in this meeting. Telephonic transmissions will be amplified as needed so all Council members and others attending the meeting will be able to hear the person(s) participating electronically as well as those participating in the usual fashion. The meeting will be conducted using the same procedures applicable to a regular Council meeting
