NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular council meeting on Tuesday, 5 June 2018, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:15 PM, or earlier, immediately following the Public Budget Hearing scheduled for 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Prayer 4. Public Budget Hearing: to open & amend 2017-18 budget 5. Petitions & communications: Stewart & Helen Clawson, concerning right of way to property located in county 6. Finalize 2018-2019 fiscal year budget 7. Discussion of Ordinance #11-2-05 and Resolution #98-02 8. Discuss & approve Resolution 2018-02, as required by the Utah State Treasurer's Office 9. Approval of 1 May 2018 minutes 10. Approval for payment of May 2018 invoices 11. Reports of officers and boards Citizens who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given five (5) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month.
