Below is the schedule for the City Council meetings to be held in 2018. These dates have taken into consideration the meetings of the Utah League of Cities and Towns, Federal and State holidays and City functions.

TO THE PUBLIC AND RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SALT LAKE
Public notice is hereby given that the City Council conducts its regular Council meetings at City Hall, 220 East Morris Avenue, Suite 200, on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month (unless otherwise noted by an*), which meetings begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Meeting dates are as follows:
January 10 and 24
February 7 and 28*
March 14 and 28
April 11 and 18**
May 9 and 23
June 6 and 13***
July 11 and 25
August 8 and 22
September 5 and 19****
October 10 and 24
November 7 and 14*****
December 5 and 12******
*FEBRUARY - Valentine's Day is Wednesday, February 14. Change meeting dates to first and fourth Wednesdays.
**APRIL - Utah League meetings in St. George April 25-27. Change meeting dates to second and third Wednesdays.
***JUNE - City's budget must be adopted by June 22. Change meeting dates to first and second Wednesdays.
****SEPTEMBER - Annual Utah League meetings are September 12-14. UMCA conference is September 26-28. Change meeting dates to first and third Wednesdays.
*****NOVEMBER - Thanksgiving Day is Thursday, November 22. Change meeting dates to the first and second Wednesdays.
******DECEMBER - Because of the holiday season, hold meetings early in the month. Change meeting dates to the first and second Wednesdays.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Craig Burton at 483-6027, giving at least 24 hours' notice.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephone communication. If a council member does participate via telephone communication, the council member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other council members and all other persons present in the council chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
