GEORGE, UTAH. I. WELCOME AND ROLL CALL TO DETERMINE A QUORUM - CHAIR II. FORMAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE FY 2017 AUDIT REPORT - BY MOTION III. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AMENDED INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF UTAH COUNTIES INDEMNITY POOL - BY MOTION IV. DISCUSSION OF LOCAL ISSUES, IF ANY V. ADJOURN The next Steering Committee meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the Five County Association of Governments Tonaquint Center Office Building in St. George.
