The 2018 Municipal Council will meet according to the calendar above. Council Meetings begin at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise noticed. Work meeting times vary and will be noticed. Regular meetings are held in the Municipal Council Chambers at 351 West Center Street, Provo, UT. Special Meetings may be used for Work and/or Council Meetings at the discretion of the Municipal Council Chair upon proper notice. Only an Emergency meeting will be held with less than 24 hours notice in advance, in compliance with Utah State Law.
Council Meeting Agendas are usually available Friday prior to Council meetings. Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
One or more Council members may participate by telephone or Internet communication in this meeting. Telephone or Internet communications will be amplified as needed so all Council members and others attending the meeting will be able to hear the person(s) participating electronically as well as those participating in person. The meeting will be conducted using the same procedures applicable to regular Municipal Council meetings.
