A . Land Use
1. The Isles PRO
a. A public hearing to consider an ordinance enacting Chapter 14.50(31) (The Isles Project Redevelopment Option) and amending Section 14.50.100 (PRO Zones Adopted) of the Provo City Code. 09-0007 PRO.
b. A public hearing to consider an ordinance changing the zone classification of approximately 0.94 acre of real property located generally at 253 East 700 North from RC (Residential Conservation) to PRO-R-31 (The Isles Project Redevelopment Option). Joaquin Neighborhood. 09-0007PRO
2. An ordinance enacting a temporary zoning regulation amending Section 15.03.010 (Definitions) and Section 15.05.160 (Hillside Development Standards) to adjust provisions related to grading.
3. An ordinance enacting a temporary zoning regulation amending Section 14.17.020 (Permitted Uses) to remove mining and quarrying as a conditional use from the PF (Public Facilities) zones.
4. A resolution of intent to consider at a duly noticed public hearing an adjustment to the common boundary between Provo City and Orem City located generally at 5800 North 150 West, Provo, Utah.
B. A resolution approving the agreements and authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract and Grant of Easements Agreements for the Spanish Fork - Provo Reservoir Canal Pipeline Provo Reach I.
C. A resolution of intention to issue revenue bonds of Provo City, Utah in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $14,113,000, providing for the holding of a public hearing relating to the bonds, and providing for related matters.
D. An ordinance amending Section 8.06.070 (Allowable Number of Dogs or Cats) of the Provo City Code to allow additional dogs or cats if the animals are owned by a deployed military member.
E. A resolution adopting Legislative and Policy Intent Statements of the Municipal Council.

The meeting will be conducted using the same procedures applicable to a regular Council meeting.
