'Public Hearing to receive public comment on an application by Twin Creeks Special Service District to the Utah Division of Drinking Water for $5,338,000 with an interest rate/fee of 1.87% for 30 years and $600,000 in Principle Forgiveness. The repayable amount would be $4,738,000. The public improvements to be funded include expansion of the Twin Creeks Water Treatment Plant, a 850,000 gallon water storage tank and a water pipeline extension to the Billy Bethers water system.
