AGENDA 4:30 p.m. Bus Tour of Agenda Sites The Planning Commission will travel in a city bus to drive by each of the agenda sites for which hearings are scheduled. No decisions are made during the tour. The bus leaves from City Hall and the public is invited. 5:30 p.m. I. WELCOME II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of December 8, 2016 III. PUBLIC HEARING The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission. The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to making a decision. PC 17-001 Infinite Discs [Design Review Permit] Cache West Construction/Alan Barker, authorized agent/owner, request construction of a new 4,400 SF pre-engineered steel building that will be used to conduct importing and exporting on .34 acres located at 111 South 1200 West in the Commercial Services (CS) zone; TIN 05-107-0029. PC 17-002 Skabelund Business Park [Conditional Use Permit] Cristina Stancu/MV Properties, authorized agent/owner, requests a permit for storage of shipping containers and trailers with a 6' fence located at 1200 West 800 North in the Industrial Park (IP) zone; TIN 05-011-0006. PC 17-003 The Rent Dynamics Building [Design Review Permit] Dell Loy Hansen/Paul Willie and Logan River Holdings LLC, authorized agent/owner, request construction of a 2-story 21,220 SF office building on .925 acres located at 91 East 700 South in the Commercial (COM) zone; TIN 02-220-0003. PC 17-004 Base Camp Student Housing [Design Review & Conditional Use Permit] Dakota Pacific Real Estate Partners/Paul Willie, authorized agent/owner, request a 113 unit student housing development accommodating 451 students located at 743 North 800 East in the Campus Residential (CR) zone; TIN 05-040-0003;-0010;-0018;-0019;-0020.
