- AMENDED AGENDA KANARRAVILLE TOWN CORPORATION Kanarraville Planning & Zoning Meeting August 5, 2016 Kanarraville Town Hall 40 S. Main St. 6:00 p.m. AGENDA 1. Call to Order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Open Public Hearings: a. KayLynn Carter and a request for a zoning change from residential to commercial at 210 S. Main St. and a Zoning Ordinance change to make hotels/motels a permitted use in commercial zones. This is to accommodate at two room hotel/motel, restaurant and gift shop. b. Betty Gould-zoning change from residential to commercial to allow for a snack shack at 80 N. Main St. c. Dean & Dayna Regouski-zoning change from residential to commercial to allow for a parking lot at 76 N. 300 E. 4. Close Public Hearing. DISCUSSION & ACTION ITEMS 5. Approval of minutes from July 1, 2016 Planning & Zoning Meeting. 6. Action from Public Hearing and Planning & Zoning recommendations to Town Board on Item #a: KayLynn Carter. Action from Public Hearing and Planning & Zoning recommendations to Town Board on Item #b: Betty Gould. Action from Public Hearing and Planning & Zoning recommendations to Town Board on Item c: Dean & Dayna Regouski. 7. New Business. 8. Adjourn.
