Public Hearing: On the request of Mike Davey, representing BHD Architects for approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Site Plan for an LDS Stake Center on 4.42 acres in the R3 zone at 376 Manti Drive. This application is otherwise known as the Mountain Point Stake Center CUP and Site Plan Request, Application #'s: CUP-36-2016 and SP-37-2016. Public Hearing: On the request of Alan Prince, representing Monterey-Ellis LLC for approval to amend the Draper Old Farm Lot 2 Amended Plat consisting of 2.37 acres in the RA2 zone at roughly 13323 South 260 East by splitting Lot 2b from one lot into four total lots. This application is otherwise known as the Draper Old Farm Lot 2b Plat Amendment Request, Application #SUB-42-2016. 4. Public Hearing: On the request of Jeff and Julie Rupp for approval to amend the Petticoat Junction Amended Lots 3 & 4 Plat in the R3 zone at approximately 377 E. Pheasant View Dr. by combining lots 3 and 4 into one lot that will be known as the Rupp Subdivision Plat Amendment. This application is otherwise known as the Rupp Subdivision Plat Amendment Request, Application #SUB-64-2016. Public Hearing: On the request of Nate Boyer, representing the Boyer Company for approval of an Text Amendment to create the 136 Center Commercial Special District (136 Center CSD) which originally came in as the Park at 138th CSD and an Zoning Map Amendment of roughly 23.83 acres at approximately 13705 South 200 West from the CBP (Commercial Manufacturing Park) to M1 (Light Manufacturing) zone. This application is otherwise known as the 136 Center CSD Text and Rezone Request, Application #'s: TA-71-2016 and MA-72-2016.
