Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting at the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 North Main Street on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. The meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items.
The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows:
1. Call to Order
a. Opening Remarks
b. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Administrative Session:
a. Discussion on proposed flag lot purchase by Coby and Heather Bell on property owned by Chad Thomas located at approximately 100 N 400 W.
b. Discussion and possible action on a building permit for a barn on property owned by Brock Branson located at 1769 N 150 W.
c. Discussion and possible action on a building permit for a barn on property owned by Coby Jones located at approximately 1552 N Main.
d. Discussion and possible action on a building permit for a shed on property owned by Mike Fowers located at 319 S 800 E.
e. Discussion and possible action on a commercial building permit for a property owned by Roy Carroll located at 96 N Main.
f. Discussion regarding drafting a new ordinance on cost of proposed road located on a property line.
g. Discussion on the 20 Year Review of the Cherry Hill Agriculture Protection Area in accordance with Utah Code Ann. 17-41-307.
6. Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from February 24, 2016.
