- Notice is hereby given that the Willard City Planning Commission of the Willard City Corporation will hold a Public Hearing at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South, on May 5, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. The hearing will be to take public comment on a Re-zone request for Guy Isakson for Parcel #02-041-0036 6.84 acres from A-5 to R1 Zone located at approximately 142 W 1050 N. Copies of the proposal are available for review on the State of Utah Public Meeting Notice Website and at the Willard City Hall 80 W 50 S, Willard, UT 84340 during regular business hours Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Comments will be accepted at the Willard City Offices until May 2, 2016.
