DECISIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS The minutes from the September 14, 2015, meeting were reviewed by the Board Ms RelntJes made a motion, seconded by Ms Frasier to approve the minutes as written The voting was unanimous
Ms Troxel gave a report on the probationers being seen today
Mr Varoz came In for his Interview With the Board stating that he IS working In the field and testing With Afflnlnty He had one positive result He IS current on the payment for his fine and his employer report was good Mr Varoz had requested early release The Board discussed It and Ms Veasy made a motion seconded by Ms Heathman to re-evaluate early termination In three months, at the next Board meeting The voting was unanimous

Mr Archuletta came In for his appointment With the Board He IS his testing With Afflnlnty, the results were all negative The Board discussed his request for early termination Ms Veasy made a motion seconded by Ms Frasier to amend his MOU for early termination The voting was unanimous

Mr Renzaho stated that he Will pay his fine on his way out to bring him compliant He had one posrtlve test With Affinity He IS working In the field and the Board noted that his employer report was great The Board requested to see him at the next meeting March 7, 2016

Ms Veasy interviewed Ms Batemen and clarified who her supervisor can be She IS testing With Affinity and was a day late With a scheduled test, but she discussed It With Ms Troxel She IS working m the field and her employer report was good She has recently been dOIng all she IS required to except has not paid on her citation The Board requested to see her at the March 7,2016 Board meeting Non-compliant
