Notice is hereby given that the Draper City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 5:30 pm on Thursday, October 22, 2015, in the City Council Chambers at 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah. The Agenda will be as follows: (Times listed on the agenda are approximate and may be accelerated or subject to change.) 5:30 p.m. Dinner Study Meeting: 6:00 p.m., City Council Chambers on the 1st floor Study Business Items Business Meeting: 6:30 p.m., City Council Chambers on the 1st floor Citizen Comments: To be considerate of everyone attending the meeting, public hearing comments will be limited to three minutes per person per item. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Recorder prior to noon the day before the meeting. 1. Action Item: Approval of the minutes from the September 10, 2015, September 24, 2015, and October 8, 2015 Planning Commission meetings. 2. Public Hearing: On the request of Bruce Brown for approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow single-family dwellings on 1.04 acres in the RM1 zone at 12370 South 800 East. This application is otherwise known as the Brown's Cove Conditional Use Permit Request, Application #CUP-000048-2015. Public Hearing: On the request of Brad Reynolds for Site Plan approval of a 181 unit multi-family development on 8.96 acres in the CC (Community Commercial) zone with a Development Agreement at 303 East 12100 South. Public Hearing: On the request of Dan Stewart for a Zoning Map Amendment of 3.87 acres at 1111 E. 13200 S. from the RA1 and RA2 (Residential Agriculture) zones to the R3 (Residential) zone. Public Hearing: On the request of Dee Hansen, representing Miller Family Real Estate, for approval of a Text Amendment to create the 11400 South Lone Peak Parkway Commercial Special District (CSD-11400 LPP) and a Zoning Map Amendment of roughly 28 acres at approximately 11525 S. Lone Peak Pkwy. from the CR (Regional Commercial) zone to the newly created CSD-11400 LPP zone. These applications are called the 11400 S. Any person adversely affected by a decision of the Planning Commission regarding the transfer, issuance or denial of a conditional use permit may appeal such decision to the City Council by filing written notice of appeal stating the grounds therefore within fourteen (14) days from the date of such final determination.
