7 BOARD OF APPEALS (Board of Trustees is the Board of Appeals established within the Weber Fire District jurisdiction for the purpose of hearing applications for modification of the International Fire Code Pursuant to the provisions of section 108.)
o Dan Norton has formally requested for a Board of Appeals to hear an appeal regarding a requirement for a home to have a residential fire sprinkler system installed. Mr. Norton is planning on building a home in the Retreat subdivision located east of the Wolf Creek Lodge.
o Fire Marshal, Brandon Thueson: Introduction and background on the issue and the code.
o Dan Norton: Appeal to the Board of Trustees.
o Decision, action of the Board of Appeals.
8 A resolution of the Weber Fire District entering an interlocal agreement between the Marriott-Slaterville City Community Development and Renewal Agency relating to a community development project area plan; authorizing the board chairman to sign documents necessary to effect such agreement.
9 Approval to purchase a new fire warden vehicle from the Wildland Fire Projects Capital-Committed Funds.
10 Update on South Ogden City’s proposed Annexation Policy Plan and action as determined by the Board of Trustees.
