Public Hearing – Map Amendment – Zone Change Application 13-0108 Kelly/Sanchez Map Amendment – Zone Change Application Proposed zoning map amendment for property located at 263 South 100 East, and owned by Kathleen Kelly and Craig Sanchez from C-3, Central Commercial Zone, to C-2, Commercial-Residential Zone and amending the City of Moab Official Zoning Map 4. Action Item – Planning Resolution 07-2013 A Resolution Recommending Approval of a Zoning Map Amendment for Property Located at 263 South 100 East, and Owned by Kathleen Kelly and Craig Sanchez from C-3, Central Commercial Zone, to C-2, Commercial-Residential Zone and Amending the City of Moab Official Zoning Map 5.
