1 A public hearing regarding a resolution programming $260,000 Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) current year principal and interest revenues in the Small Business Loan Program by
appropriating $80,000 in the Commercial Facade Renovation Program and $180,000 in the Small
Business Loan Program and amending the Consolidated Plan accordingly (12-077)

Telephonic transmissions will be amplified over the Municipal Council Chamber speaker system so all Council members and others attending the meeting in the Council Chambers will be able to hear the person(s) participating electronically as well as those participating in the usual fashion. The meeting will be conducted using the same procedures applicable to a regular Council meeting.

The next scheduled Council Meeting will be held on June 19, 2012 at in the Council Chambers, 351 West
Center Street, Provo, unless otherwise noticed. The Work and Study Session meetings start times are to
be determined and will be noticed at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time, but typically begin between
1:00 and 5:00pm.
