Opening Business - Call to Order - Adoption of Agenda for November 4, 2026 - Review and Adoption of September 2 and October 7, 2026 Minutes - Approve Budget Expenditures since October 7, 2026 2. Public Comment - This is an opportunity to address the council regarding concerns or ideas. Please limit comments to three minutes. 3. 2026 SCAC Upcoming Season Events Orchestra: Upcoming Season - Concert Dates on: December 14, 2026; February 22, 2027; May 10, 2027; & June 21, 2027 Jazz Band: West Point Valentine's Day Dance - February 14, 2027 Jr. Theatre: Jr. Theater Camp-June 2027; James and the Giant Peach-November 2027 Theatre: TBD Fundraisers: TBD Other: 4.
