Two construction engineering management proposals were received from qualified Construction Management (CM) firms to provide professional oversight of the SR-7 Exit 5 Interchange project. Based on an evaluation of proposals Stanley Consultants was selected. The proposed cost for these services is $440,777.56. Staff recommends approval.

DAR is requesting St. George Police Department to escort volunteers from Tonaquint Cemetery to St. George Cemetery on Wreaths Across America Day, December 19, 2026. This service would be needed from approximately 11 am and conclude in 30 minutes or less depending on the number vehicles/volunteers who wish to lay wreaths on veteran graves at St. George Cemetery. Background and Recommendation: A separate document granted a right-of-way easement for an electrical utility line, which is also depicted on the Rilassante at Divario subdivision plat. The electrical lines have since been relocated, and the easement is no longer necessary. The Joint Utilities Commission recommended approval.

Background and Recommendation: The subdivision plat for The Palms at St. George designates the private roadways as common areas and identifies them as public utility and drainage easements. The dwellings on Lots 83 and 84 encroach into the designated private street area, and a plat amendment is being requested to adjust the lot lines to better reflect the existing conditions. During the design and development of Phase 2, the boundary between the two phases was established in a manner that did not align with the Phase 1 boundary along Lot 31, leaving a small sliver of land. The owner of Lot 31 subsequently purchased this sliver and now wishes to incorporate it into Lot 31 to accommodate additional improvements. The proposed boundary adjustment will also eliminate the remnant parcel and provide a cleaner, more consistent boundary between Phases 1 and 2. The Joint Utilities Commission recommended approval.
