- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request for a PD amendment to the Downtown Curio Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The property is on the northwest corner of St George Blvd and Temple St (200 East) and is approximately 3.24 acres. The purpose of this amendment is to request additional height to increase the size of the hotel's conference rooms in Phase 1 of the project and make other architectural and site modifications. The applicant is FFKR Architects, and the representative is Steven Beesley. The case will be known as Downtown Curio Amended.
