NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to rezone approximately 47.5 acres from G&G (Gravel and Grazing) to R-1-10 (Single-Family Residential, 10,000 square foot minimum lot size). The property is located at the east of the Ledges of St George Northgate Peaks development, south of Washington County, and west of BLM land. The applicant is DSG Engineering and the representative is Logan Blake. The project is known as the Tolman Property.
