Lot Re-Zone:
The property located at 36 N. 3rd W. is requesting to be rezoned from the Residential-Low Density District to the Commercial District. The lot located in front of the property is currently zoned Commercial, and the applicant is requesting to rezone the remaining lot to Commercial as well. The intended purpose of the rezoning is to allow the two lots to be sold and marketed as separate commercial properties.

MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING: Review and approval of minutes from September 3rd, 2026: Regular meeting, September 29th, 2026: Work Session and October 13th, 2026: Work Session.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Don Leclaire: was requesting a building permit for an out building (Garage) on 244 E. 4th N. Dennis made the motion to approve Dons plot map, Randall seconded.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Joseph Barker is requesting a building permit for a out building (Garage) on 235 N. 4th E.
- Brooke Holman (Trustee) and Brady Bargar (Trustee) are requesting a lot re-zone: part of the lot is currently zoned Residential - Low Density District and is proposed to be re-zoned to Commercial.
- Ronald Cowdell is requesting a subdivision plat amendment to combine his two lots located at 324 N. 3rd E. and 345 E. 3rd N.
SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING AND ADJOURN:
