PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on an Annexation Zone Assignment request by Set Square represented by Jonathan Vanica for the NEBO SOUTH PHASE 1 ANNEXATION to include the following properties:
